This complimentary styling package is exclusively available to homeowners who have purchased a property through PRELA.
The offer is valid for 90 days from the closing date of the home purchase.

To redeem this package, homeowners must schedule their session with The Spatialist (TSDC) within the validity period.
Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked at least 7 days in advance.

Homeowners can choose one of the following complimentary services:
- Move-in Home Styling Session (1-hour, one room only)
- Color Consultation (Virtual or In-Person)
- Mini E-Design Package (Mood board, shopping list, styling guide)
In-home styling services are subject to availability and are applicable only within [Specify Service Area]. Virtual services are available for clients within and outside this area.
Services are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

Upgraded services are available at a discounted rate but must be booked within 30 days of the free session to qualify for the discount.

Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments may result in the forfeiture of the complimentary service.
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations.

The styling service covers decor guidance and recommendations only—it does not include furniture purchases, physical renovations, or labor-intensive installations.
Additional styling services beyond the complimentary offer may be booked separately at exclusive discounted rates.

PRELA and TSDC are not responsible for any purchases made based on styling recommendations.
The homeowner assumes all responsibility for implementing design suggestions.

PRELA and TSDC reserve the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.
